The Tikhvin Lemonade Factory “Lagidze Waters” was founded to revive the century old brand with a wonderful history. It was not easy to start everything from scratch, to solve a large number of bureaucratic and organizational problems, to gather a team of like-minded people, however belief in what we were doing helped us in bringing to life all of the plans.
The construction of the Tikhvin Lemonade Factory “Lagidze Waters” continued for seven long years: from 2004 to 2011, all this time the lemonades were produced at a rented space in Boksitogorsk. The investments in the factory amounted to more than 50 million dollars: all of the machinery was built at German factories as per a separate order, to fit the Russian manufacturing needs. Today you can confidently call Tikhvin Lemonade Factory “Lagidze Waters” to be one of the most modern and technically advanced factories in the world. The combination of high-end technologies with adherence to tradition of quality and unique recipes of Mitrofan Lagidze enable the factory to completely refuse to use preservatives and chemical additives in the manufacturing of drinks and syrups.
Currently the factory produces 20 types of lemonade in bottles of 0.5 and 0.33 litres and 20 types of syrups. The launching of the new production line in 2013 further enhanced the capacity of “Tikhvin Lemonade Factory “Lagidze Waters”: now we are capable of producing 3.5 million bottles of lemonade and 1.5 million bottles of syrup monthly.
