The “Mitrofan Lagidze” brand syrups are made suing natural fruit-berry and citrus compositions. In their production nothing is minor: for example, to prepare estragon syrup, you can use the one and only type of estragon, growing in Georgia. The herb has to be grown for 5-6 years and then it has to be picked within 8 hours, otherwise the taste of the drink would be lost. And the lemon zest has to be manually peeled – with tender female hands. More so for the syrup you can use only the top most yellow part of the peel and if delved deeply there will be bitterness in the drink.
