It is a global tendency to crave for the consumption of healthier and useful food products and refusal to use products containing preservatives and chemical additives and this tendency is getting widespread. It can be said confidently that healthier lifestyle is in fashion these days. The consumer is getting pickier; he does not save money at the cost of his own health, health of his children and his loved ones. More and more people, read the product label before making their purchases and would mostly prefer to opt for costlier, but clean of the most of the elements from Mendeleev’s table, products. We fully support the manufacturers, who care about their consumer’s health and we consider ourselves to be one of them. We feel responsible for the mood and health of our customers, therefore designing new manufacturing capabilities for the factory, first of all, we pay attention to the fact that with the help of new capacities we could make lemonades exclusively based on natural raw materials.
The most important stage in production is the preparation of water, the quality of which holds the most important place in our eyes. Lemonades have 85% water in them and definitely on its quality depends the quality of the drink itself. The unique biological filtration system, which has no parallels in Russia, comprise of five-stage filtration, which enables us to filter the water on molecular level. As a result out of 65 cubic meters of water, 19 go out as waste and only 46 cubic meters are used for manufacturing lemonade. Our capacity for water filtration is 50 thousand litres per hour.
For the preparation of our drinks we use only natural syrups made of fruits, berries and herbs, which are supplied directly from Georgia. These are not mere loud words: quality and safety of our products is affirmed by the Federal Inspection Service in the field of Protection of Consumer Rights and Human Welfare and by the Certificate of GOST R of Russian State Standards. The composition of our lemonades is very simple: natural syrup, cleanest water and carbon dioxide (CO2), which is essential for the preparation of every carbonated drink. Our engineers have developed a modern system of sterilization of air and carbon dioxide, which are used for manufacturing products.
The equipment at our factory enables us to bottle lemonade at negative temperatures and use of tunnel and in-line pasteurizers enable us to enhance the life of lemonade up to 210 days without the use of preservatives, without sacrificing quality of drinks and their taste characteristics. By the way, the selection of glass bottles as tare for packing our drinks is not incidental: this particular bottle best preserves the taste of the product.
For comparison: the technology for the preparation of drinks at most of the factories is based on chemical method, which significantly reduces the cost and simplifies the process, and as a result, the price of the end product. In this method concentrated powder is mixed in water with carbon dioxide and addition of Sodium Benzoate (marked as food additive E211), as well as synthetic sugar replacement – aspartame, which is addictive. I believe it is not very appetizing, is it? Such type of production does not require heavy investments, however it can cause major health problems.
